Your privacy is important to us. It is Felis Dubois Skin Care’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, https://www.felizduboisskincare.com, and other sites we own and operate.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

Cancellation
policy

Your service and appointment reservation is my top priority.  The time has been reserved just for you, which is why I appreciate you honoring your appointment. I understand that somedays we wake up with a plan, life has a different idea, and sometimes our schedules need to be altered. I do require 24 hour notice for you to cancel/reschedule your appointment at no charge.  

I have this set in place for us both to avoid the no show, no calls, and last minute cancellations.  So please, when scheduling an appointment with me, I recommenced taking some of these steps to avoid the financial penalties you’re responsible for:

  1. Double check you received the appointment confirmation email and text with your phone calendar or schedule to determine any discrepancies.

  2. When you receive the reminder 72 hours before, cross check your schedule ensuring your appointment time will still work. 

  3. Review your health, if you have been feeling off or under the weather, postpone the appointment for a later time.  This keeps myself safe and healthy, and you rested.  

  4. If you feel like you’re not seeing text reminders and emails, please notify me directly after the appointment is booked or accepted, to avoid any confusion as your appointment arrives.

Thank you for seeing the value in our relationship and time together, and respecting my salons scheduling policies.  I ask for a minimum of 24 hours in advance for your reservation to be canceled with no penalties.  Repeated, request or excessive cancellations/rescheduling will result in denial of service.  Feliz Dubois Skin Care reserves the right to refuse service.

Any cancellations with less than the 24 hour notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service(s). The card on file will be charged. If the card on file does not work, I will require full payment of missed appt and future appointment to schedule the next service.  This will also be enforced for last minute cancellations and clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification.

I wish I didn’t have to implement this policy, but I not only lose your business but the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled and reserved that appointment time. I also have to plan out my day to stagger appointments so there is only 1 person other than myself in my salon at any given time.

Return Policies

I continue to push myself with proper education, continuously reviewing materials to better myself as an esthetician and provider.  I take pride in my work and knowledge which is why I am so thankful you have contacted me about product or services.  A majority of the products we use in the treatment room are available for you to purchase, to continue the great care you just received in the comfort of your own home.  I encourage you to try a sample, or to review any concerns you have prior to your purchase. Feliz Dubois Skin Care does not accept returns for services rendered, gift card purchase, and product purchased.  All sales are final with the exception in the event your purchase is defective, I will exchange any product within 7 days of purchase.

• RETail

If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase from our retail area, please bring your receipt and the unused portion of the product back within two weeks of purchase. This policy excludes the SkinMedica line. We’ll gladly issue a credit, good for future product. There are no cash or credit card refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot offer credit on product returned after two weeks.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

What a better way to show someone your thoughtfulness and love, the gift of a treatment? All gift cards purchased from Feliz Dubois Skin Care website or in the treatment room will be honored with no expiration date. In the case of price increase has changed with services please be prepared to pay the remaining amount with cash, check, or card. You will need to bring the gift certificate with you to your service, or other forms of payment will need to be made.

I encourage you to schedule your service sooner rather than later with your gift certificate/ E-Card.  My schedule does tend to fill up.
